This place is absolutely incredible! I walked in and Anthony was there and greeted me right away, he was helping another couple but managed to help us both simultaneously. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he helped me find the best mattress I’ve ever had in my life. I was even able to get the mattress box spring and frame (with delivery) for such a great price!! I was worried I would have to finance but Anthony really helped me stay in budget and find a great bed. The people who delivered it were as equally incredible. They called me this morning to let me know they might not be able to deliver today because of the rain but called back a short time later to let me know they could make the delivery and my bed was here no more than a couple hours later! Called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. The guys were super nice and professional, got the bed up in less than 15 minutes. They even called me after they left to let me know that I left my garage door open! I highly highly highly recommend these guys great service all across the board I’ll never get a bed from anywhere else

I love Bed Drs. !! Anthony, the owner, worked with us through trying a few beds until we were happy. He never hesitated to make changes but worked with us until we were happy. He went out of his way to make things work and gave us a fantastic deal. I would definitely suggest Bed Drs. We live in Gilbert but it was no problem to have the beds delivered. I suggested them to a friend and she had the same wonderful experience. Charlie, who delivered the beds was great and accommodating.

My husband and I bought our bed from the Bed Drs 3 years ago. We went to at least 7 or 8 places to look at beds while trying to decide on the right bed (Tempur-pedic, Sleep Number, etc etc).We saw Bed Drs - I told my husband lets go in - he said we been to enough stores by now they all have the same thing - but I just wanted to look. SO GLAD WE DID - It was a very different experience. Johnny helped us the first time we went in. He really took his time to explain the differences in detail in every single bed we looked at. Asked us questions to get a feel for what we needed. Just felt as if we knew him for some time. That kind of atmosphere - Relaxing, no pressure - in fact we left to think about it and went back a few days to maybe a week later and met Anthony who was very friendly, very knowledgeable and took his time the same way Johnny did.I am a person that asks and re-asks so many questions. They answered every single question but in the process we felt very comfortable buying a bed from them. Not saying that the other places we went to people were not friendly or not knowledgeable, it's just a whole different vibe.WE still go in the store occasionally to just say hi or to buy sheets, pillows etc.I've been to many places and can honestly say I would go to the Bed Drs every time. They steered us in the right direction for sure.

Purchased through Amazon and was the worst experience I have ever experience in the U.S. to the point I would consider this company only to defraud it's customers and have no accountability. I would steer clear from this company at all costs - even to pay higher prices is worth it to avoid the time wasted trying to get a full refund.
